DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! At first i thought i made a good choice by choosing HOB. But that was before my wedding dress came in. First, it came in late, second, it was the cheap-low quality version of the one i picked out. When i asked to see the sample so i can compare the two dresses the sales associate claimed it was sold. For any future bride, do NOT and i repeat DO NOT go to HOB. They are absolutely horrible. The staff started off nice but the minute my mom told them that she can only make a down payment and not entire payment, they became extremely rude and didn't care about our business anymore. Also at first they told me my dress would come in by Thanksgiving time, and come December 1st, i still didn't have my dress. I called the store and they told me not til february. Funny thing is I wrote a negative review about my experience at this particular House of Brides and it has strangely been deleted. I don't feel like writing the entire negative experience again, but I will say DO NOT GO THERE. They were very very very rude and when my dress arrived and didn't fit they offered no apologies no help or anything. I could go on and on, but I had written a lengthy review before and it was deleted.
