Very disappointed with this place!!!
Property is well maintained, maintenance and management are prompt and nice.
I'm sure at one point Botsford apartments were for the doctors, nurses, and staff of the hospital. At some point the Botsford apartments started ranting to anyone and the resident stay a month or two and the pictures below shows how they leave the building. There is a dumpster in the same parking lot and they leave garage in the door way..
I have lived here for around 16 months and the experience has been fair I recently had a confrontation with the apartment manager Greg we had a slight disagreement about parking and he asked me to refer to my lease but since I live month to month and pay the market rate I thought my lease was irrelevant. He was very disrespectful and condescending I had some financial opportunities recently due to Covid and had to get assistance with paying my rent. The house of Botsford is a great Community to live in, having been a resident for 9 years now, I can honestly say this is a peaceful community with outstanding office staff (Greg) the maintenance crew is extremely professional in resolving any issues you may have in a timely manner. It's generally quiet and the common arras are well kept and so are the grounds. I'm gonna miss this place!
