Amazing best BBQ I've had and I'll be eating the left overs for days and I can't wait � thanks guys for making my birthday great � and my wife for ordering great food ��
The meat is well smoked and flavorful. Unfortunately the guy who prepared my brisket order cut the meat like a drunken lumberjack with a bad chain saw. Meal ruined. Brisket should be sliced thin not cut into slabs more suitable as ceiling joists than a meal which is what happened. Burnt ends were flavorful as well. As with the brisket however the burnt ends were cut into chunks that resembled childrens building block without the letters on them. I will go back to this joint in the hope that this sutuation can be remedied.
I had the Burnt ends meal, which actually turned into 3 meals as there was too much to eat in one sitting! They were awesome, although if you are not a fan of meat with some fat on it, you may have to trim it off. Since this was a rare treat, I decided not to trim... such a guilty pleasure!
This evening the kids wanted to order something for supper & tried house of bones & absolutely loved it! From the cod to the mac & cheese & pie chicken. It certainly was a crowd pleaser. Great sized portions yet absolutely delicious! Will be ordering from here again!
Ribs were very dry like they been sitting too long, the sauce was horrible, the fries were an inch long & burnt, the only thing that was good was the beer!
I've been there many times and it's always been a great meal. But They were out of pulled pork. So we ordered "pulled chicken". Never again. Mine was drenched in mustard sauce and my daughters was bone dry. The chicken was very tough. We couldn't even eat it-through it away. Next time when they say they're out of pulled pork I walk out the door
