The venue itself was nice. We had great seats. I upgraded to get a table. Worst service EVER!!! We were at our table for 30 minutes or more before being served. We had to flag the waitress down. She brought our drinks with no ice. I asked for ice. She never brought it. I ended up going to the bar to get my own ice. Waitress walked off the job. We had to wait around for them to sort the bill out. Thank goodness Daley was still signing autographs after. Manager didn't charge us full price for drinks and gave us her card to cal... read more
We stayed at Mandalay Bay, we came for the bottomless mimosas and bloody Mary's and had a great experience. Super affordable breakfast and Blade(?), our server, went above and beyond. He was funny, personable, and a great server. Will return when we are back in town for sure
Everything was good the good the people were nice the servers were attentive the music was awesome just wish I had more time there the gift shoppe is nice too ...... I will be back definitely

Great concert hall.. last time i was in Vegas came to this spot inside the Mandalay Bay resort and Casino to check out a R.Kelly Concert with my boy Comdian T.K. Kirkland as the opener... good seats... great drinks... Good place to hear music....
Great venue and artist but at a Concert people should be able to lite up! �
Love it, AMAZING venue. I'm from L.A., Vegas HOB is by far the best, beats any LA venue!!! Even better than the new Anaheim HOB
Billy Idol was fantastic and the venue was excellent.
Great acoustics!! I almost wish the venue was a tad bigger for Billy Idol. Overall I had a great time there!
