I bought a ticket the other day to an event. Was told by the man selling it at the box office it would be $16.35 and I signed a receipt saying the same. Well, lo and behold I was not charged $16.35 but $19.62. When I call back the woman I spoke to said that he had told me it would be $19 and I said no he didn't and then she tried to say that she was sitting right next to him and heard it.
