Lauren is amazing! She took the extra time to come up with a plan of action that can let me start going back to my natural hair color, which is gray, while still having some fun with it. She is very personable, knowledgeable and she is now my go to for everything hair! Thank you Lauren!

Spent 250 just to walk out of there looking the same as I went in basically. Then charged 20 for a trim on bangs and 20 on blow dry? Is that normal?
