House of Blinds gave me the best service I have had in a long time from any business. Great and friendly sales staff, fantastic in home presentation and my place looks stunning now after years of neglect. Rarely does a business live all the way up to its word. In my experience this is not a company you want to do business with, they do not stand behind their word, they have no respect for their customers. They are official representatives of Hunter Douglas and if you purchased your blinds from another Hunter Douglas dealer, they will look at you as a nuisance when you need service. Hunter Douglas at the Best Price – Highly recommended all around. Great service and sales staff. Installation was professional and quick and they even wear those little booties to protect my carpeting. My favorite part was the free in home consultation. Came to my house with swatches and samples. More like a designer coming to my house, picking out the best options and then giving me a price that could not be beat. I don't care where you live in OC...call House of Blinds.
House of Blinds is the only place you need to look for when it comes to redecorating your house. The selection of Hunter Douglas is second to none in South Orange County. Great and professional install...their crews even wear those booties that protect your carpet. Their staff is also their staff..not some sub-contractor who does a half baked job. Highly recommended.
Dishonest, unprofessional and disrespectful business – Unfortunately this company has no ethics and is completely dishonest. I took my blinds to them to be re-stringed; I didn't ask them to pick it up from my house at no charge When I picked up the blind from repair, I installed and notice that not only it wasn't fixed but was further damaged. The best thing is that the installation is free! They do try to push about commiting to buying some after the estimate is given. They are closed on Sundays which can cause a problem if you like to work on your house over the weekend.
