Showed up 9/8/24 for a 10 o’clock appointment. Building is vacant. Spoke to someone on 9/5 and confirmed appointment and charged my card. Business is done and they stole the deposit and won’t answer any calls. Website is now missing too.
Made two appointments with Heather. The first got cancelled 10 minutes before the appointment. The second, I showed up to a locked door. Unprofessional. Would not recommend. Did I mention the reason for the visit was to remove the remainder of the 7 acrylic nails that hadn’t popped off in just a 2 week time. Yes, the other 7 popped off in under one minute by a more reputable nail salon. No soak needed… Enough said!
The place is very welcoming when the walk in. Every one is always in a great mood!
