I was just a walk in and hoped for the best. Wishful thinking. But my experience was exact same like Lexa Lex review. I came in and asked for brow thread and henna, she asked me the shape, she said clean up and I said yes. She ended up making my brows so thin and short, I should of known because she was threading so much longer than a clean up should of been, she basically did that old school super thin brown look. I went here for the eyebrow threading and for a quick cleanup. They are quick and efficient. The reason for the 3 stars is they changed my eyebrow shape somewhat without letting me know prior, they look alright, but was surprised to see she had taken off quite of bit of hair from the edges more than I would like. They should ask their customers prior to sitting in the chair what they want rather than just immediately starting the threading.
