Absolutely amazing - started going to Alana 5 years ago when my nails got ruined at a traditional nail place, she does an exceptional job and my nail health with shellac has stayed very high.
Alana is very talented. Her nail art is fun and well done.
I had a medical emergency and have to go to the hospital for it, so I had to cancel 2 days before my appointment. I am aware that the contract you enter into states that cancelling 7 days before will incur a fee, of which I’m completely fine with paying. I sent an email to Alana, stating I was fine with being charged a late fee, however her response was quite ridiculous to be making to someone who wanted to reschedule their appointment.
