Alana is very talented. Her nail art is fun and well done.
I had a medical emergency and have to go to the hospital for it, so I had to cancel 2 days before my appointment. I am aware that the contract you enter into states that cancelling 7 days before will incur a fee, of which I’m completely fine with paying. I sent an email to Alana, stating I was fine with being charged a late fee, however her response was quite ridiculous to be making to someone who wanted to reschedule their appointment. I love coming here and getting pampered! Always relaxing and with fab results. Alana has great attention to detail. I love the quiet, relaxing, personalized experience of her studio compared to the big salons where you always end up feeling rushed. And most importantly - the quality of her work is always top notch.
