This is an excellent nail spa! The staff are always friendly, professional, and welcoming. I usually get the full spa pedicure treatment and a manicure—it’s always worth it, and you will not be disappointed. I’ve been coming here for over 10 years, and it’s always been a favorite spot. My late mother loved this place, and even my sister from Virginia makes sure to stop by whenever she’s in town. I usually don’t do this but I’ve reached my limit today because this is like the 4th time they’ve done this. I made an appt a day before for 2 pedicures for 3pm. Got there and had to wait 30 min for chair to open for my mom. I quietly waited. A woman came in 20 min after me and was led to a chair. When I protested, I was told she made an appt with that particular stylist. So I have to wait longer because I’m not picky?!?! I’m done! I’m never coming back here because this is so disrespectful!!
