The inspector missed thousands of dollars worth of mistakes. We would have been better off without an inspection.
Great company to deal with. Dustin is very thorough and explains everything in detail. Pricing is reasonable as he leaves no stone unturned.
Every few months I find another code violation or damage they missed from a roof leak anyone could see if they went to the other side of the attic to a badly over loaded electrical panel. The kid they had was only interested in flying his drone to take pictures and play. Don't use them if you want a real inspection.
I can whole heatedly recommend House Master to do your inspection. That is if you want to scare buyers away or spend a lot of money repairing meaningless items that they say need to be addressed by a qualified contractor or plumber or electrician etc. Hose Masters is great!
Dave that works with this company came to my house to inspect 2 years ago and told us everything looked good. We paid $350 to have this done. I recently found out that I have at least 6 years of termite damage which was obvious when he did my house inspection. I called him about this and he said there was nothing he could do!! Worst company ever, a complete waste of $350!!!
