Mailbox was full. No one answered the phone. As good as their property manager, never returns calls, only wants email communications. Doesn't answer those quickly and uses one sentence answers. Doesn't give you lease information until late, yes you can't move because us past the 60 day notice they require. Raised rent 28.7 this year, just because they can. I've lived here 7 years.

They hired a handyman to do a professional's job which resulted in a fire, posting pictures. They cut down one of our beautiful flowering trees, posting pictures. Be careful who you hire to maintain your properties.

Living conditions were deplorable. Maintenance was nonexistent. Reverie Estates had been on a steady decline and hit its all time low with H-I. Marion Country Public Health Department was out on 3 separate occasions, each time giving H-I one month to fix the issues. They were never fixed. Michelle claimed to never get my emails but shockingly, she miraculously found them when we met face to face.
