Extremely efficient and knowledgeable team! Arik and Jimmy were quick to act and willing to work within my requested timeline. Jimmy went the very next day after I called to both locations where I needed appraisals done. It was such a pleasure to work with them. Highly recommend them!
I won’t even give them an empty cardboard box for them to appraise no experience whatsoever I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone I had to hire another appraiser to do what those idiots did. The new appraiser came 800,000 higher than them, They should say higher us at your own risk because they suck at what they do. Good luck to everyone will deal with them.not worth the $2000 I paid I would not give them $20 dollars to appraise my house
Over valued appraisal price. Worst examples taken from far away listings sold to put your home value down. Their appraisal was $170,000 less than the similar property listed next door, $470,000 less from the builder currently selling in 2025. There appraisal done is in favor for the lenders so they can manipulate terms. Their appraisal will surely spoil the deal think before using them to appraise your house. They are dressed unprofessionally and so is there appraisal unprofessional Good response time from supervisor .
Excellent experience with House Inc, they have yet to let me down. I recently worked with Tim Chan, who is incredibly responsive and fair with his valuations. My client also had a great encounter with him when he conducted the appraisal appointment. One thing to note is that with deadlines to meet and short turnaround times, it's reassuring to know that Tim and his team work past the usual 9 to 5, to accommodate for mortgage brokers. Highly recommend Tim & House Inc.
