I have lived in my apartment for about 9 months now and I absolutely love it. Everyone is extremely attentive to any of our needs! I need to (unfortunately) relocate due to my job and the lovely Tammy has been helping me. She has been absolutely fantastic in every way! Friendly, knowledgeable, responsive… the list goes on! If I could give Tammy and House in Order 100 stars, I would!
As an office tenant, so far this has been the best company I've rented from. Incredibly responsive, gracious, and understanding.
I have had a great experience with House in Order Asheville since we moved into one of their rental homes in October 2024. Kristina efficiently walked us through the lease process that we began just a couple days before Hurricane Helene and all those cell/internet outages. She and other office staff helped us have a smooth transition in the midst of a really horrible time for everyone in our area.
