UPDATE: 1-2 weeks after I wrote this, Aaron apologized for the lack of communication and did refund me the prorated amount. It was still an unnecessarily stressful situation that could've been avoided, especially post-Hurricane Helene, but I appreciate him trying to make things right. -- I've been a commercial tenant for 2 years. Aaron Kraft seems nice and flexible on the surface; however, how he does business is very dishonest. Do yourself a favor and do not trust House in Order with your property! We were lied to on numerous occasions by Tammy and Kristina - we paid 10% for over a year to this company only for our tenants to message us directly on Facebook because they could not get a response from House in Order on basic needs at the property. We were told our 6 month inspection was "lost" but our tenants state that an inspection was never completed.
