Let me tell you they are head and shoulders above other dealerships. I have 6 vehicles so I need a regular place that doesn't nickel and dime me to death while keeping my vehicle for months at a time for simple repairs. THEY ROCK! I called to make an appointment for oil change on my wife's Edge. Let a message. About 4 hours later I called again and left a message. At 4:45 I called again and talked to service guy. Told him I wanted oil change on my wife's Edge. I get an email stating service on my F-150. Just changed oil on that a week ago. The week before I get a notice of a safety recall on my F-150.
