This place was amazing! Had scheduled a test drive on their website was simple to figure out and navigate. Then when the test drive day actually came my sales representative was super nice and helpful and she was patient with me through the whole process. Even after I bought my 2014 Ford Escape she was kind enough to call me the next day and make sure everything was going ok. They were even kind enough to send me a care package of cookies and a mug! Which is really amazing of them to do!
I purchased my Explorer from House Ford. Everyone was very helpful and super nice. They helped me find the car I was looking for. I would highly recommend House Ford and I will go back when I’m ready to trade.
