Our home inspections range from new construction to vintage homes, from one-year warranty inspections to investment properties. We also do commercial inspections.

We are building a home in Fort Worth and got referred to Adam for our 3rd party pre-drywall inspection. Adam invited us to be present at the inspection and was happy to point out and explain any issues he was seeing. He was very thorough in his inspection report and caught a lot of items the city and builder had overlooked. Overall this was a fantastic experience and we plan to use Adam for our future housing inspections.

We are in the inspection phase of the home purchasing process, our realtor set us up with a third party inspection and we had the pleasure of being blessed with Adam with HouseExam…. He was extremely thorough and knowledgeable, he explained and educated us on so much even if it wasn’t a “problem” . Any questions we had , he answered them.
