I called to schedule an inspection on a Friday and Adam was able to do the inspection the very next day! He did a very thorough job of looking at everything and was extremely helpful explaining everything in the inspection report! He has also been very helpful in answering all of our questions regarding the inspection report. We definitely recommend House Exam and Adam for a home inspection!

Very easy to work with and answered the question we had, Adam was great.
I used Adam and House Exam last year to purchase my first home. Overall he did a "decent" job but I am leaving a one star review because of a few things that the company needs to improve on. Adam was "unable" to fully access the attic and crawlspace for inspection. Since I have owned the house I have had several workers over for various projects and they were able to access both of these areas with no issues whatsoever.
