The 1-year warranty on our new home was approaching. We wanted a thorough inspection in order to evaluate if repairs were warranted. I called to schedule an inspection on a Friday and Adam was able to do the inspection the very next day! He did a very thorough job of looking at everything and was extremely helpful explaining everything in the inspection report! He has also been very helpful in answering all of our questions regarding the inspection report. We definitely recommend House Exam and Adam for a home inspection!
