They stop coming without any notice. I had them on automatic payment, they still withdrew the monthly fee from my account without the service. I have left messages, called to no avail. Be warned!
STOPPED SHOWING UP! House Done also stopped showing up about a month ago to service the pool and now it is green. Now we also have an additional cost to clean it up. They won’t answer calls, emails, or texts.
Worst pool service ever. They haven't been to my house in weeks and don't answer the phone for me to cancel their service. They've been warned that if I'm charged I will be taking legal actions. Stay away from the horrible company!
ABSOLUTELY THE WORST POOL COMPANY AROUND. They charged me for pool stabilizer and never put any in my pool. They never put any chemicals in my pool to balance it, don't ever recall them putting salt into my salt water pool or even checking to see if I need to add salt. They also installed a new pool pump without my authorization (removing the brand new one I just had installed days earlier), threw my new one away and then when I called them out on it, they replaced it with a different pump that wasn't the new one they tried ... read more
They stopped showing up without telling me. Fine until then. The house is a vacation rental so they cost me additional money as the pool was in such bad shape the guests had to receive a discount. This pool is supposed to be blue.
