The Army contracted this company to cover damages done by Army contracted movers. Our experience wasn’t as pleasant as we would have hoped. On two occasions the repair guy was a no call no show. The day of the estimate, the man was trying to talk me out of my needed repairs (cracked staircase and dings in the walls) and when I told him I need them because I’m renting and the army will cover the damages his statement was “oh then I can bill them all I want.” When we scheduled the repair appointment he was a no call no show.
