we were remodeling our kitchen and had house doctors come in and redo all the flooring in our downstairs, steps and upstairs hallway. they did an awesome job, showed up every day on time, worked hard every day to get it done, and communicated with us offten on what was happening. also when there was an issue with the steps that want their fault. it was a manufacturer issue. they stepped up and came back and fixed it right away. I’ve used HDoctors several times for big and small projects. Tony Woods has always done a great job in communicating with me and the different things relating to the job itself. I highly recommend House Doctors.
This business could improve by actually contacting the potential customer! When I sent them a detailed e-mail of my request for service on March 31, 2019,I received verification that my message was received. I realize I contacted them on a Sunday evening, but the message stated someone from the business would be in contact with me shortly. It is now April 16, 2019, and I have yet to be contacted! They must not need my business, so I am going elsewhere for completion of my projects.
Tony and his crew have worked on a few projects for me in the past. He has always responded very quickly to my needs, especially the time I was heading out of town and my water heater decided to blow out and leak all over my basement. Luckily for me, Tony was able to take care of the problem and replace the water heater in a timely fashion without any headache. I highly recommend House Doctors!
