Booked them in for my client. First scheduled clean was cancelled last minute as cleaner was said to be ill which was understandable. Next scheduled appointment, no one showed up and there was no notification as to why or that it was being cancelled. Called them the next day to follow up and they had no idea what had happened. Cancelled all future services. Very unprofessional.
