Extremely unprofessional and does not keep appointment times. Appointment was scheduled a few days in advance. Had an appointment scheduled for 10 am. 30 minutes go by and it’s 10:30 and they are still not here. I text them to ask if they are still coming and they say they are stuck in traffic. I ask when they will be here and they do not respond. Totally unacceptable behavior from a business.
