Connor was awesome with the whole process!!! Felt very welcome and appreciated the entire time.
Awesome friendly honest sales advisor that I first met. But then, even though I said several times I was just browsing, the terribly pushy manager that came along later, among MANY other things, tried to make me miss work to force the sale. Stay away unless you like bullies. I HATE pushy dealerships. They used to be good. Times change.
I randomly stopped in to see if they could fix my hood release lever. They were able to get me in three days later. I wasn't able to take it in till mid-afternoon so it was kept overnight. Van was ready the next day at noon. Staff was polite and professional. They didn't confirm with me before ordering a second part. Which I didn't realize until after the fact. If I have further dealerships needs, I'll return to House Chrysler of Red Wing.
