The customer service was great. We realized we had a recall and the hubby told them what was needed. Still after having the car a month, we still have a car thats not running properly. Before we took it in there was no misfire we get it back and there's is. We had to get some parts ourselves and bring it in for them. In any case im not sure how I feel with the whole thing due too the car is not working still the way we hoped after it was there a month and racked up a bill. The customer service was friendly though.

We bought a used 2025 Chrysler Pacifica (6/29) last week and noticed some issues that we wanted addressed. They had us bring the vehicle back in for an inspection. They were courteous, kind, and informative about what they found wrong and what they could and would do to alleviate our frustrations and the issues at hand.
