Friendly and courteous. Got the job done, but overcharged ($600+) for a simple coolant thermostat replacement. I'll be getting my vehicle fixed somewhere else from now on.
We really liked Tasha. She was great. Informative, pleasant, etc. I thought the sales manager (Steve) was very knowledgeable and explained things well, but I thought too pushy.
This was the best customer service ever. The staff member Nathan was curtious, caring and accomodating. He and his team members took care of everything I was worried about and even washed my car. Highly recommend House Chevrolet Cadillac for all your automotive needs.
