Poor customer service. When i come to the shop to ask for a knife sharpener the lady turned back and said no! But at that time the shop wasnt busy and no one help. I went outside of the shop to search for a knife sharpner and went back inside to ask another lady who didnt even spend time explaining to me which one. Then the other lady turned back and said “you asked me to sharpen your knife” like what? Who would ask that. Atleast spend a second asking to repeat what i said. Overall good product but horrible customer service.
This is a lovely store—very modern and tidy. The customer service is wonderful, and the staff always appear attentive and eager to assist.
