From my first interaction with Mr. Dean I knew that I called the BEST COMPANY for the job. Mr. Dean was warm, friendly, and knowledgeable. He’s also the owner. He was thorough and detailed throughout the repair ensuring that I understood what he was doing and answering questions along the way. If I have any plumbing, electrical or HVAC needs in the future Mr. Dean and the House Call Company will be my first call.
You know those Christmas movies where it's a character having a tough day then a random person comes into the scene giving good wisdom and being as kind as can be but then you're like "Woah this person is too nice... It's got to be Santa...." Well, that's what my experience was like. Dean came and was so kind- unfortunately something I am just not used to this day in age. These technicians are awesome! Removed my old water heater and installed my new one in 3-4 hours. They explained everything that would happen and kept me up-to-date on their progress. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
House call, as always, was amazing. Joey was an awesome and knowledgeable tech. We were without heat and they quickly sprung into action to get that fixed for us. I also want to thank Dean for helping us out on a Saturday.
