She kept us informed throughout the process, would take the initiative to check in periodically to see if we had questions, kept us regularly updated, and to the last minute was readily available to handle every unexpected situation. From the initial contact I had with **** who was my *********** consultant, to finally reaching close with *****, my settlement coordinator, the process was pretty smooth and easy. There was a slight delay but ***** stayed on top of things with the ************* to be sure they completed their process.I would definitely recommend HBA if you are in the market to sell your home.
I had a great experience with House Buyers of America. I had a rental property I wanted to sell but didn't know where to start. It needed a lot of work and I live out of state so I kept putting it off. Mark and his team made the process so easy I wish I had done it years ago.

This was not a good experience. We had a ratified contract In which the house was as-is. We had a scheduled call with the purchaser in which we were guaranteed that purchase price regardless of condition.They came back a week and a half later and took off a third of the sale which was not agreed upon in the contract. When asking for a release from the contract, we signed but over 48hrs passed without receiving any ratification signed by the purchaser.I feel these tactics are intentional and they tried to bait and switch. Homebuyers of America helped me during a difficult time when my parents home was going into foreclosure. It was a stressful time but with their help, the process went smoothly.
Home buyer of America was an easy process. They did come back with a cheaper offer, but in the end I was okay with it. The man ***** was very professional and made it easy to understand. The title company that handles everything is amazing! ***** was fantastic!
Stop calling my home and cell for a person and property NOT at my address nor ever lived with me. You are preying on the elderly who would possibly not recognize you as the scammers you are. My numbers have never been affiliated with her address and you should all get real jobs and be decent human beings. Harassing me when I have told you REPEATEDLY I AM ON THE DO NOT CALL LIST is against FCC regulations and you have been reported. What a sad group of humans you are. Leave people alone.

We get thousands of inbound calls a month with our highly valued service, there's no need for us to do cold calling (nor do we believe this is a good marketing strategy). Sorry you have experienced this, but it wasn't from us.
I gave them the specifics and exact condition of my home which is close to their HQ so there is not way they don't know the market here. I then got a lowball quote of close to 45% below market and comps for this exact neighborhood and house model. This organization is a ripoff!
