Vacation Rentals SA ********************************************************************** Terrible customer service. Lies and says they will help, but you never hear back. Needed to cancel a Vacation due to Covid, but was not able to reschedule or get a refund, and the person who said they would help never did. Highly recommend renting elsewhere, or hope that you have no issues with your stay. They will not help, but certainly happy to take your money and run.

I met Rebecca she told me she could get me approval eviction or not I gave her $880 in cash she later calls me to tell me she needs an extra $850 for admin and risk fee I tell her cool. She then tells me that they decided I can't stay in the home and that I will have my deposit back to me in 3 business days. NEVER HAPPEN she never answers the phone. I'm then told I can't get my deposit back till someone else moves in the home. Even though I do not meet the criteria for that and should have my money today. THEY ARE SCAMMERS D... read more
