Jerron knows what he is doing. He is skilled in all areas of his trade. he is always courteous and respectful and explains things in a way that elderly can understand. He is courageous. I think he may be here permanently. At least I hope so. Ms. Diane, who is the current manager, has displayed impeccable human resource skills.
