I would 110% never recommend Megan. For starters she moved us into a house covered with dead bugs, hardly any of the lights worked, heaters didn’t work (we moved in during late fall) and many more issues. She takes forever to reply. It took a month and half for her to get someone there to fix our heaters. My 5 year old was sleeping with a space heater. I had to message her multiple times with no response. House to Rent has taken the rental business to a new level. It just doesn't collect the renters check or give the potential renter the key and tell them go take a look and bring the key back. It does thorough back ground checks and so much more. They have went to school on how to protect your property and ease your mind on who is renting from you. I have dealt with Megan many times and all I can is WOW!! She is awesome for landlords and tenants. Highly recommended!!
