Jeff is great. I've had him inspect for me twice. He's very thorough and leaves no stone unturned. Hopefully my deal goes through, if not, I'll be using them again.
From the first call with Franca to the delivery of my report, this was the smoothest part of my home purchase experience by far. Franca waas very nice, patient and efficient when making my appointment. I wasnt going to be at the property and had someone meeting Garrett (the inspector) there in my stead. I had asked to a text whne he was about 30 minutes away. Sure enough 30 mminutes to the second I got the text. Inspection was very thorough and took about 3 hours.
