Google Steve Houran before you hire him. He did extremely poor quality work for me. I am not going to give more details because he also threatened retaliation. The 4 and 5 star reviews here and on Home Advisor are almost certainly fake.
We worked with Houran on a gut renovation project, including structural work. The owner, Steve, was very mindful of our budget and his prices were very reasonable. He was flexible with us on any unexpected work that arose during the course of the project, and he stuck to his contract price for work even if the scope exceeded what he initially projected.
