There is a guy who works there named Yohanis. He made my experience working there a nightmare. I would get really bad anxiety every time we worked the same shift. He was always watching every move I made and I felt smothered. He would talk down to me and treat me like a 2nd class citizen. He would always imply that I was stupid every time I made a mistake. Absolutely amazing doggie day care. Found them by accident from a Google search when looking up one of the big national pet care stores where I was planning to board my dog, and am so happy I did. My initial email inquiry, on a Sunday afternoon, was responded to within an hour by one of the owners! Scheduled an evaluation day, which was great, and have used Hounds Town Farmingdale since early December and it's had an amazing positive effect on my dog... he loves it! Amazing staff! You can tell they love what they do! My Bruno has been coming here since he was a puppy. He LOVES it, literally does circles of joy in the backseat as soon as I pull up. It’s so comforting to know I have a safe place at Houndstown for him to play. And when I need to board him when we are away I know he’s in good hands. Highly recommend 💙
