I wouldn’t recommended bringing your dog here, sadly. The employees are all very nice, however, our dog continuously came back smelling like urine and had a disgusting texture to him. The first time we noticed we asked why, they said it was their dry shampoo they used and asked if we wanted them to still use it. We said no, and for the record we never approved the use of any product on him, but that’s beside the point. They still continued to rinse him but I’m not sure how. They took great care of my girl while I was gone for a few days, and provided updates often.
Service was great and the dogs loved it but it smells
I decided to try them for I saw they had good reviews and they are closer to my job then previous place I went to, I am so happy I did. The staff is extremely nice and informative. They go through how their whole facility works and if you have any questions they are happy to answer and answer in full. I have a high energy puppy and he absolutely loves it here.
