We had a tour and intro to Hounds Town this morning. Facility was so clean and organized with extremely knowledgeable and compassionate staff. Can hardly wait until we get to have the opportunity to have help with our pups from them! :) We will use the doggy spa services as well as occasional day care and boarding.

Took my dog in for a meet and greet at Houndstown and had a really good experience. The staff was friendly, answered all my questions, and made sure she was comfortable before introducing her to the other dogs. You can tell they genuinely care about the dogs and pay attention to their personalities. It gave me peace of mind knowing she was being looked after by people who know what they’re doing. Looking forward to bringing her back.

My dog was seen for an evaluation and I have to say the staff informative Very knowledgeable and pleasant. The recent evaluation was conducted by a team of highly informed and exceptionally knowledgeable professionals. Their pleasant demeanor further enhanced my experience. The staff provided clear and comprehensive information throughout the process. This level of expertise and customer service is a testament to their dedication. I am confident in their ability to address all concerns effectively.
