IF YOU LOVE YOUR FOUR LEGGED FAMILY MEMBERS PLEASE DONNOT TAKE THEM HERE! This place is supposed to take care of your babies and you entrust them with your babies, but they ultimately showed a huge lack of compassion and integrity to a customer and who knows how many more . My baby was left in their care and I truly believed they cared about my pup. We had a tour and intro to Hounds Town this morning. Facility was so clean and organized with extremely knowledgeable and compassionate staff. Can hardly wait until we get to have the opportunity to have help with our pups from them! :) We will use the doggy spa services as well as occasional day care and boarding.
