Our boys LOVE going to Hounds Town and playing with their friends. Hounds Town has always taken such good care of them. Thanks Hounds Town.
We take several of our dogs here. They love when they see they're going and get very excited. The staff shows a true caring for the dogs under their care. The spa services have been great and they work to meet schedule requests. Much appreciate hounds town for giving our babies some great days
Overpriced for the poor service received! I boarded my 2 white-haired babies there for 13 days and they both returned with extensive staining around the face with dried food, dried poop and yellow urine-stained paws - all 4 on each dog. Both dogs were so matted to the extent one had to be shaved down to 1/2 inch all around. The condition they were in when I picked them up clearly demonstrated the lack of attention they received during the entire boarding stay; but most concerning was all of the dried up poop, caked up eye bo... read more
Do NOT send your dog here. Picked up my dog after boarding for 3 days and she smelled terrible and had dry pee on her coat. Took her to the pet and she tested positive for Giardia. They do not test for that. Extremely poor experience. When I called they confirm that all the dogs share a water bowl even though we sent her with our own. Sad experience.
