My shy german shepherd comes back so happy and calm. Never had any problems. The workers are so sweet.
Unfortunately, my dog was not on her good (let alone best) behavior this morning and nipped at the staff member. The response was a kind and responsible refusal to accept her at this time. While the refusal was disappointing, the fact that they were willing to forego making money to protect staff members and other pets was impressive.
I boarded my dog over Easter weekend for 3 nights when we got her home I noticed her left eye was bloodshot and was discharging a yellowish drip we brought her to the vet and did a complete eye exam and the found the eye was infected and scratched probably occurred during playtime accidents happen that's understandable however the facility was negligent in observing these dogs during playtime.
