We have an amazing, and loving Pitbull(Oliver). We been bringing him to Hounds Town-Commack for bout a year now. Oliver gets super excited EVERY TIME we bring him(all we say is: ya wanna bye byes and see your friends), and he can’t wait to go play. The entire staff LOVES him(and all the dogs for the that matter). We know most of the staff, but have also gotten to know Danielle, Jackie and Adrianna on a personal level as well, including their dogs. I would recommend ANY DOG OWNER, to Hounds Town!!
Phenomenal Care & Genuine Compassion. HoundsTown on Commack Road is the only place I trust with my dogs. The staff, management, and owners are absolutely incredible — they care for my pups as if they were their own. When I lost one of my beautiful girls, they cried with me, sharing in my grief like family. My dogs come here for both day camp and boarding, and every time, the staff go above and beyond. I absolutely love bringing my dog to hounds town! My little pup has a lot of energy and this is the perfect place to bring her to get her energy out while I’m at work! The staff is absolutely incredible, kind, caring, and they treat my dog like one of their own.The place itself is clean and taken care of, and I wouldn’t wanna bring my pup anywhere else! If you’re looking for a doggy daycare, this is the place to go!
Couldn’t love this place more! They always take the best care of my baby, and he absolutely loves it!
My parents left our dog in this pound since we were going on a cruise we just got him yesterday and he was absolutely filthy and completely spooked. He was severely dehydrated and was so traumatized he started peeing in his sleep this isn't his first time going there but it is the first time he's come back completely spooked and anxious I don't think we will be bringing him back for his well being. I don't recommend this facility especially if your dog has severe anxiety.
