Steer clear of this facility! I went to pick up my dog today and the overwhelming smell of urine and ammonia was so overwhelming that my eyes were watering. I had to cover my nose with my shirt. We paid to have our dog bathed and she came out smelling like someone peed on her head. I would bet that either a staff member or another dog peed on her after her bath. My entire house stinks horrible now and I have to give my dog ANOTHER bath. A dogs sense of smell is 400 times more powerful than a human and I couldnt stand the sme... read more
