Super loving and caring. Doing it for the pets!
Excellent customer service! We were visiting from out of town and while we were driving from Atlanta to Nashville, original kennel we booked called and said he couldn’t board without flu vaccine and it was a saturday aftn where we couldn’t get one. John with Houndstown was amazing and really helped us out in a bind, taking our black lab at the last minute, for two nights. Our doggy was well cared for, too.
My goldendoodle loves Houndstown!! We’ve tried a few different daycares and this is definitely one of his favorites! He is so excited to go inside and play and when he comes out, he looks SO happy and I can tell he loves the staff!! They also post pictures every day around lunchtime so you can see what your pup has been up to all day. The only downside is that they don’t have live cameras that you can watch, but I feel confident that he’s being well taken care of and the photos are always so cute. My first impression of the outside was that it was clean and inviting. The inside didn’t disappoint either. Everyone there was very friendly and great with the dogs. I’m so glad I ended up here.
I wanted to express my appreciation for Hounds Town Nashville for their exceptional service. I needed to board my Yorkie, Gucci, and after calling around, I found that one place refused dogs from out-of-town owners, which seemed counterintuitive for a boarding facility. With my daughter's graduation approaching, I needed to board Gucci for three days. Hounds Town promptly responded, confirming they do accept dogs from out-of-town guests.
