The house and gardens were beautiful. The tour only took 1 hour. Had lunch in restaurant very good
I always see something that I did not see the last time.
My husband and I came here for a quick couples getaway. It was amazing. Loved ms Susan, she was both informative and amusing. I think that was her name. Very pretty lady with blonde hair. The gardens are gorgeous and the restaurant is the best. Can't wait to visit again.

A visit to this fabulous home is definitely a treat. For those who love gardens, it is a must. I am a gardener and always amazed at the variety of plants I see at Houmas House. The cuisine both in the restaurant on the grounds,as well as the one inside the home can stand up to the high standard that is expected in top Louisiana restaurants. Going to visit and have a meal at Houmas House is such a treat! It shouldn't be missed.
Gracious Amenities and Lovely Gardens the home resurrects our wonderful Southern Culture in unique and sumptuous ways! It should be at the top of your list of "must do's" while visiting our Louisiana!
