Service department lacking in communication and follow through. Dropped off sled for service Monday 11/11 for oil change and get an estimate for part replacement. I hadn't heard anything as of Friday 11/22 and stopped by for an update. It needed a part they would order it that day and should take three days to come in and a few days to install. Recommendedjustin and mike got us out of bind when two of our sleds broke down while we riding in the Houlton area. They took in both sleds right away and fixed them in about an hour allowing us time to to get in plenty of riding. Now, that's what I call service.
