The primary care providers at Houlton Family Practice provide substandard care that directly harms patients. They write false information in patients' medical records, conceal medical information, withhold diagnoses in order to delay treatment, depriving patients' of their right to informed consent and their right to to make decisions about treatment and prevention. They're just horrible. I hope the practice gets shut down and they never find work in healthcare again.
I love my doctor and my MA. Unfortunately the phone staff can be incredibly rude and petty. The office unfortunately sent my son’s prescription to the wrong pharmacy for the third time in a row. The staff was combative about me calling and politely asking for assistance. She complained about it being Friday afternoon. She immediately started blaming other staff by name, and told me that I was not going to be able to speak to anyone else besides her.
