Pretty darned good for a chain restaurant. I'm not a fan of chain restaurants, but I can't stay away from this one. Their rich, hearty potato soup is simply the best there is. Appetizers are creative and imaginatively presented, dinners are hearty and tasty with a wide variety of choices. I usually enjoy the Tuscan bean salad -- light, fresh and unusual -- and a fish dish or pot roast. Fish tacos make a nice lunch, too.
More than a resturant on 2/17/11 Houlihan's reserved an area for friends and family of my father after his funeral. The service and food was great. My thanks to Houlihan's for their thoughtfulness at this time.

Classy joint Houlihan is definitely a must for that special someone in your life. Decent high class atmosphere, which is a great place for a date. The drinks were expertly mixed and the food was great (which you got a lot of). Now with all these things do not expect it to be burger king cheap. The pricing is fair for the place and the food, and seen a lot worse (try eating at Disney world). I stress this is a definite change of pace from the traditional chain restaurants, and is a great place for a date you actually like!
