Horrible company to deal with. I made a 3:00 appointment with Ryan to tour a home. I called twice and texted him. He finally showed up at 3:35 wearing jeans and a Mickey Mouse T-shirt. The photos online did not match the property at all, they must be years old. I asked him to email me the co-op rules for the property I was viewing and he never did. Be aware, false advertising.
I had the misfortune of buying a property through Ryan. He is the most unprofessional person I’ve ever worked with. His demeanor is that of a teenage boy; he unnecessarily discloses details of his clients personal lives to essential strangers and continues to do so even months after working with them. I blocked his number after I was finished working with him and he STILL CALLED ME FROM ANOTHER NUMBER. If that’s not enough, he brought his CHILD into my house at closing who I had to clean up after.
