You’d be raving mad not to use Houk. They are stellar. Our prior system was replaced in 2021 and we love the efficiency of this fully-variable system. Today’s visit was to blow out a primary condensation drain, something that gunks up over time, and since Houk did the installation, the ball valve was already installed to make the blowout easy. Great installers and service techs. Highly recommended.
I’m not one to leave reviews—especially immediately following an experience—but I want to give the highest praise to two rockstars: Ivan and Edgar from Houk Air Conditioning DFW. They came out to my home to perform a balance service on my HVAC system, and their professionalism and expertise not only confirmed what I’d been telling my builder for months, but also restored my peace of mind.
