Very good experience from getting the quote to having the installation completed in a neat and professional manner. I found the installation crew to be polite and focused on doing the best job possible for me on the installation. They went out of their way to keep me in the loop on the progress of the job. My AC system was still under warranty through the builder so I reached out and set up service. My master bathroom was not cooling or heating. The technician came out and did confirm my issue and went to the attic and said I have kink in the air flow ducking. Well on his way out of my attic he fell through and damaged my ceiling resulting in huge hole in my daughter’s room. Like seriously that’s the last thing I need. My A/C stopped working. Called Houk and thank you Anthony arrived to help me out. What a great service member. He explained the issues I was having and gave me options. Which I like having. He performed a through inspection and replaced my filter. Thank you Houk for not just the service but a great employee - Anthony. Was so satisfied I decided it would be worth it to have a maintenance contract. Thanks again.
Technician assisted us with what’s apparently called “dirty sock syndrome” on our brand new units. I guess this dirty sock smell happens from humidity in the attic where the HVAC units are. We had the condenser coils cleaned with an anti-microbial and anti mildew product. The technician also showed us a ventilation control system that we did not know that we had and apparently that filter needs to be cleaned out every so often. The technician Charles came to my home and look at my ac system for a quote. He sent the quote the next day. They schedule my appointment for a new system very quick. Charles and another technician came and installed the HVAC system and showed my wife how operate the thermostat on the pad and app. They even left to get cement needed to place under the unit because it's bigger than the old unit. The service Houk provide was great. The will be installing my other unit when it needs replacing.
