The technician Charles came to my home and look at my ac system for a quote. He sent the quote the next day. They schedule my appointment for a new system very quick. Charles and another technician came and installed the HVAC system and showed my wife how operate the thermostat on the pad and app. They even left to get cement needed to place under the unit because it's bigger than the old unit. The service Houk provide was great. The will be installing my other unit when it needs replacing.
My unit was damaged during a lightning event. Houk provided outstanding service, and the installation was perfect. The installers informed me of the whole process on the day they arrived. When they finished up, they also cleaned up everything. It has been operating great. The pricing was great. Highly recommend Houk AC…
Good unit replacement quote. Knowledgable and friendly staff. Keith, Luis G, Salvador, Chris and the other Chris did a great job throughout the entire process of replacing two 2-ton units. Installation was neat and professional. I would recommend them to friends and family.
Jose Ortiz was amazing. He made sure that I knew everything that was going on. He let me know everything that he was doing and then he he tested everything his Customer Service his compassion and empathy is 10 stars even though I can only give them five stars when you get ready to do the air pressure test send Him out or RYAN no one else from Houk HVAC. You should promote him and make him a Supervisor if he isn’t already he’s amazing
