Very good experience from getting the quote to having the installation completed in a neat and professional manner. I found the installation crew to be polite and focused on doing the best job possible for me on the installation. They went out of their way to keep me in the loop on the progress of the job. On completion, they showed me how to operate the new system in a manner that I could understand. Houk AC representative, Charles Paul, was friendly and professional. He took the time to explain how his company would take care of us, the technical aspects of the installation, and the followup after the install.
