Jose Ortiz was amazing. He made sure that I knew everything that was going on. He let me know everything that he was doing and then he he tested everything his Customer Service his compassion and empathy is 10 stars even though I can only give them five stars when you get ready to do the air pressure test send Him out or RYAN no one else from Houk HVAC. You should promote him and make him a Supervisor if he isn’t already he’s amazing
Very professional. My technician made sure he provided an accurate arrival time through text. When he showed up he was pleasant. He kept me informed of what he was doing and made great suggestions on maintenance. The service was great!
The technician was very informative & completed work in timely fashion so that I could return back to work. However, I'm just perplexed about a/c unit installation where we found the intake air unit wires not even contacted after 18 months living in our townhome & the company rep performing what I thought a 1 year inspection. Lastly, it was determined that the capacitor had failed, but tech wanted to upsell me on a different type capacitor comparable in price & not covered under warranty.
I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and care shown by Caesar Rodriguez today. He addressed my concerns promptly, took his time to explain everything clearly, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt confident in the outcome. I highly recommend his service!!
