Service Tech arrived at the very end of our 4-hour appt window, but worked an hour overtime to finish our spring a/c checkup. He installed some “better replace these now vs having them fail in August.” Only he knows if he was upselling us, but I trust Houk, and trust these parts were needed. Tech was very courteous, explained everything (with pictures), and cleaned up well after himself. Overall, I’ve always been satisfied with Houk, who originally installed our HVAC system, and will continue to use them.

Donovan came out today for an 11 month check-up of HVAC system. Excellent worK. On-time. Informative. Went above and beyond what was on the work-order!!!
Had all new HVAC installed ... Houk did a fantastic job, keeping us informed and doing quality work. We had a part fail in one unit after only a few weeks, and Houk came out on the weekend to diagnose it, and had a tech replace the failed part on Tuesday. Great service after the sale.
