I have taken our 2 trumpets for repairs and deep cleaning and although the head repair person's name escapes me, HE is a miracle worker! He is extremely detailed and his craftsmanship is top notch. The whole staff in the repair shop and the retail store are knowledgeable and helpful. Do not take your horns anywhere else!
Best shop for band instruments and locally owned. Also have an excellent performance hall for recitals along with professional lighting, video and audio recording options.
No place better!
As usual, great team provided excellent service when I had my Conn 8D it for it's regular 50,000 note service. Can't say enough about the company and it's people. (even the dogs).
