Rob and Karen were wonderful! They answered all our questions. As first-time RV campers we appreciated their help and quick response. The trailer was clean and exceptionally well-designed. Choosing to rent from them was easily the best vacation decision we made!

Roach-coach. We rented a travel trailer from Hough RVs online. They seemed reasonable in the booking process, but that's only the start. We requested a dropoff in Lakeland which they did for a fee which was fair. The first morning, we woke up to roaches in the bathroom. Then that day their A/C couldn't keep up with the heat. We had a powerful generator, but it didn't matter. The coolest it got to was 80F. Trailers aren't perfect, but the owner didn't want to hear about our experience. No apology, no discount, no nothing.
