Great people!!
Gosh where do I start with these guys. The product is good. USA made is always good thing. Customer service. Another thing entirely. We have been going back and forth with them for two months with a manufacturing issue on their “top line model.” I want these guys to be good, I really do but I will not buy another mag drill from these guys again. Incompetence and lack of responsibility seem to be their M.O. I am also human and make mistakes but when a company repeatedly makes them and try’s to cover it up it just gets old. Ju... read more
