My go to Dermatology practice! I love this office and all the staff. They are all always so kind. Highly recommend lauren and Amanda!
The service is good but getting the service is what is so annoying. This office continuously overbooks their patients. When you arrive on time you can expect to wait 1 hour or more to be seen. If you arrive early you will still wait 1 hour or more. They have more business than necessary so if you can locate another Dermatologist in your area give them a try. They probably need the business.
I saw Dr. Roffwarg who immediately pushed me to start taking Accutane. He barely looked at me and did not ask what treatments I have already tried before to treat Acne. I was told I needed a blood draw before my prescription for Accutane could be placed. I attempted to get my blood drawn in the office. Over the next 35 minutes I went through 7 technicians, 2 attempted sticks, and they had not successfully gotten the blood draw done. Just trying to make an appointment. I had to walk 1.2 miles in the cold wind (both ways). The receptionist, Rose, was curt to the point of being rude. She denied the the phone number listed on this site was their number (although it was her voice on the recording). No one ever returned my calls. Contrary to the insurance list here, she said they do NOT accept Medicaid. I prefer my medical offices to be much more professional than my meeting with Rose. Dr. Pedvis-Leftick knows her stuff. She is no nonsense and gets to the point which I love. The staff is always friendly and accommodating
People with these negative comments must not have read the directions to Dr. Castle's office and found themselves somewhere else. Dr.Castle is a very busy man , consequently, there may a waiting period. Guess I would ask if you would prefer to be rushed out the door so that a schedule could be met, or make sure you get the proper treatment. Went to advanced for cyst on back. Returned to have it removed, doctor asked if she had seen me before (answer yes). Then she asked if she had done a full body scan ( answer yes). After cyst was removed I was told to come back 13 days after to have stitches out, skin had grown into the stitches. Removing them was not pleasant ! Would I go back, not at all.
