Please contact me personally so we make it up to you. We are in the business of helping people. If you had something go wrong that needed correcting, it is up to our management to fix it. We cannot fix it if there isn't proper communication with our guests. Your feedback is valuable, and I truly believe that we are better than a 1 star rating. The food had great flavor however it was cold when it was served to us. Cold eggs and cold biscuits and gravy don't taste very well.
Arrived at 630 and was told 45 minutes for a table. Sat at the bar with reserved table behind me. Waited 90 minutes then table behind me finally got filled and 10 minutes later my table was ready. Bartender was sympathetic, but the food better be good or won't be back.
On January 23 went there without a reservation at 6:30 PM. Was told it was a 90 minute wait. We had six people. At 8:10 PM we inquired about a table available and were told we were third in line for a table. But starting 7:30 PM we saw three tables for six open from 7:30pm to 8:20pm when we walked out and went to another place. We were told those tables were for reservations and they had to allow for 15 minutes of lead time. Wondering after 50 minutes how long the 15 minute leadtime was really.
Business response:
We accept reservations. We hold tables 15 minutes past the reservation time(if someone doesn't show up for a 7pm reservation, we sell the table at 7:15pm). That doesn't account for assuring that a table is open for one of our reservations by holding it open prior to their expected arrival. For example: we have a 7pm reservation for 8 people, we need a table of six and a table of two to make that work.
